Amb Glover Opens OSCE Election Observor Mission for US General Elections

Distinguished Fellow Ambassador Audrey Glover opened the Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe election observor mission office in Washington, DC for the upcoming November 8th general elections in the United States. The international OSCE/ODIHR mission, headed by AMB Glover, comes at the formal invitation of the US Government each election cycle since 2002.

IST Welcomes Lt. Gen (ret) Mick Bednarek as a Distinguished Fellow

Dr. Spencer Completes Tour at OSD Counternarcotics & Global Threats

Dr. Spencer completed his tour at the Office of the Secretary of Defense's Counternarcotics & Global Threats and returns to his post at the National Defense University's William J. Perry Center for Hemishpheric Defense Studies. He will serve as Liaison between the institutions. In addition, Dr. Spencer continues to support the Pentagon's Colombian Peace Process.

Training at the Hague Academy for Local Governance

Deployment to Afghanistan

Ellen works closely with US Embassy Kabul, the NATO Mission to Resolute Support and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on a number of issues, including the Bilateral Security Agreement.
